It' s basicly about Roll turning evil and beating the crap out of Rockman (AKA Megaman). Rockman refuses to fight back, because he doesn' t want Roll to get hurt (or even deleted!). Although it' s not very clear in the AMV, Roll turns back to normal because the Devil Chip was destroyed.
