Time to Lose That Spare Tire
Tired of the pear shape look?
Want to get rid of that life shortening belly fat?
Had enough of the XXL “relaxed fit” wardrobe?
Ready to abandon the “fatty” category?
What you need is a systematic program that provides a step by step process to strip that fat. At the end of the day, it is diet and exercise that lead to weight control.
The problem is that most diets fall into one of these disappointing categories:
-they require the ongoing and costly purchase of pre-packaged foods;
-they focus on single solutions like lower carb intake, high protein foods, no dairy and so on;
-they are basically starvation diets;
-they are based on gimmicks that do not work.
Worst of all, none of them work in the long term if at all. You may or may not lose some weight but if you do it is very likely you will gain it back plus a little more.
Stop to consider why you and others are overweight:
Do you eat the wrong foods?
Do you sneak into McDonalds for a late night meal?
Do you eat during the wrong times of the day?
Do you eat empty calories while watching your favorite TV Show?
How about exercise, do you forget to walk your dog or skip your workout plan?
Let’s face it: it is a lot easier to put on the weight than it is to take it off. Flat bellies become beer bellies and love handles become extra large spare tires. Our metabolism slows as we age and our lifestyles become more sedentary.
So here is the choice: give up and morph into a fat laden blob or find a weight loss system that will gradually guide us in the process required to strip that fat.
Here’s what to look for in the search for ways to lose that spare tire:
-a program that provides a system for weight reduction;
-a program that is focused on the two keys to better health, namely diet and exercise;
-a program that takes a gradual approach that can be sustained, not a crash and hang on diet;
-a program that identifies the food that leads to weight loss and a meal schedule that cuts fat;
-a program that zeros in on fat reduction and therefore overall weight loss;
-a program that will generate results in the first week and just keep going on from there;
-a program without ongoing costs but with free periodic updates;
-if possible, a program with a money back guarantee if for some reason you become dissatisfied.
That unnecessary and unattractive spare tire will shorten your life. In other words, the fat that your carry around is killing you. It does not have to be that way. Armed with the proper knowledge and the will as well as the interest to strip that fat, you can become healthier as well as happier without wasting your money or your time.
There is no better time than the present to lose that ugly and useless spare tire. Join me in a comprehensive and simple to follow program that will lead you to a better life. We can strip that fat and we can start right now.

Ian Whitcomb (a well known performer and music historian) writes: „ Charlie Palloy is a real obscurity. Obviously he modeled his style on Russ Columbo, but all we know is that he played guitar, led a band for a while, and recorded for the short-lived Crown label.
